Treats morning sickness
This tea is great for relaxing your stomach muscles to help settle upset stomach as well as morning sickness common in early pregnancy.
Directions: To brew tea, use a tea pot or an infuser inside a cup.
Add 1 teaspoon per 12 oz cup (Normal cup size) and add one more for the tea pot. Steep to desired strength and then remove tea leaves.
Ingredients: Peppermint Leaves.
