Helps with Digestion
This blend is a great source of iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium and has a gentle but effective diuretic effect while aiding digestion!
Directions: To brew tea, use a tea pot or an infuser inside a cup.
Add 1 teaspoon per 12 oz cup (Normal cup size) and add one more for the tea pot. Steep to desired strength and then remove tea leaves.
Ingredients: Ginger pieces, nettle leaves, and dandelion herb and root.
