How much is shipping?
PreggoBoxes ship for free Canada plus USA wide!
Can I purchase products individually?
Yes! You can purchase our products individually through our marketplace.
When will my subscription boxes ship?
Your first box will ship within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. Your subsequent boxes will ship one week before your next trimester begins. Allow 2-5 days from ship date for the box to arrive at your doorstep.
Can I cancel my subscription?
As a small business, our top priority is to provide stellar customer service. Please chat with us or send us an email if you have any questions or concerns. If something is not right, we would love to find a solution together.
Can I customize my PreggoBox?
Absolutely! We are so excited to offer you a build-a-box feature. You can build your own PreggoBox or a custom gift box for any occasion.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 2-3 business days after placing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. Check your spam folder.
Can I pickup my order locally in Edmonton?
YES! If you selected free local pickup at checkout, we will send a confirmation email notifying your order is ready for pickup.

Do I have to pay for my subscription upfront?
You have two options at checkout. You can pay the total today OR use our flexible payment plan that charges you as your next PreggoBox is shipped.
What if I don't want a Belly band or don't know the size of the Belly band?
If you are purchasing a single Trimester 3 PreggoBox or Trimester 3 to Postpartum Subscription you can select an alternative product on the product page next to the sizes listed.
If you have purchased a Trimester 1 or Trimester 2 subscription, then you will receive an email to confirm size prior to your Trimester 3 PreggoBox shipment. The email will guide you to select an alternative to the Belly Band or confirm the sizing of the Belly Band.
